Made me feel very comfortable
Does Exfoliation Cause Dry Skin?
In short, no way! However, over exfoliation does cause rough, red irritated skin. That’s why I stress for you to be gentle with your home care, too much of a good thing can cause major damage. The harder you rub the product, the less positive results you will see and actually injure your skin and cause accelerated aging. You definitely don’t want that!
Avoid any products that have beads or grains like St. Ives Apricot & Walnut scrub that tear at your skin. Gentle exfoliation like MBK's Clinical Skin Solutions Refining Exfoliant should be an integral part of your weekly skincare routine to resolve certain skin problems as well as achieve healthy, glowing and younger looking skin.
Apply your corrective serums for extra cellular support and hydration after you exfoliate. That way you protect your lipid barrier and seal in the moisture you already have.
Remember, easy does it!
